After the graduation, Jiratchaya did not know what she wanted to become. The only thing she is so fascinated by are aestheticism, design, and technology. She kept asking herself how can my career be connected to my passion, and it seemed her final answer was a UX/UI designer.

Jiratchaya graduated from Thammasat University with a bachelor’s degree in Russian studies, Faculty of Liberal Arts. Her first career is no wonder relevant to her major, but she realized she was not on the right career path. She didn’t want to limit her passion and opportunity only by her degree. She had an experience in IT department, and worked for the Government Organization as a graphic designer. She enjoyed both jobs but still had no idea what she wanted to be. She loves the mixture of techniques and creativity. She began searching for what she was passionate about, and UX/UI designer was her answer.

She decided to quit her job, and made a career transition from Graphic designer to UX/UI designer. She knows changing career path is not a smooth journey since the position is highly competitive. Therefore, she started learning UX/UI online courses, studying Figma, getting familiar with Figma’s tools, and practicing design skills on Daily UI. She is confident that she can make the role of a UX/UI designer even though she has no experience.

After 3 months of daily lessons and practices, she has proven a UX/UI designer at AA&P. She affirmed that where there is a will, there is a way. Although her self-learning journey was demanding, it remains rewarding at the end when everything pays off. With her work experience, Jiratchaya commits to create the aesthetics of digital products, and provide the utmost meaningful and exceptional experiences to users.
