Achiraya brings her experience from her time at the Thai Bond Market Association (ThaiBMA) to AA&P where her skills in data analysis and issuing debenture securities allow her to help companies with all of their investment banking needs. Achiraya strives to become instrumental in the acquisition of wealth for all of her partners and clients.

Achiraya holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Khon Kaen University. At AA&P she assists the client companies in various investment banking activities. She is also an expert in preparing information for the filing of securities offerings (filing) for companies to comply with the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Achiraya is adept at analyzing financial statements, preparing pitch books and documents in accordance with SEC and SET regulations, and cooperating with various stakeholders including lawyers, regulators, financial advisors, and clients. She is skilled in identifying and conducting complex analyses of the financial impacts of various issues, her focus and enthusiasm for the world of finance and her desire to keep learning, means that she is an invaluable member of the team.
